P& C Reinsurance Company Is incorporated in Botswana and was licensed in 2022 by NBFIRA. The Company commenced operations in July 2022 and underwrites short-term reinsurance business in Botswana and from the rest of Africa. The company is wholly owned by ZB Holdings, which is a diversified financial conglomerate.

P&C Reinsurance offers a full line of reinsurance products and services designed to meet the unique coverage and competitive capacities in the Facultative and Treaty businesses in the domestic and international markets.
